Scout leaders get pie-eyed

In mid-October, the pack held its Fall Harvest pack meeting. The meeting began with a down-home dinner of Frito pie. After everyone was good and full, the meeting continued with advancement, a puppet show from the Webelos, and the boys singing a song called C.H.I.C.K.E.N. Next, scouts and sibblings alike played harvest games including sack races and pass the spud. After the games, scouts who sold popcorn got to throw pies at their leaders. The meeting ended with the judging, and eating, of desserts the boys made. |
